Bruce has provided litigation support and served as an expert witness in both state and federal courts on cases involving Lanham Act violations, false advertising, tobacco advertising, branding, trademark infringement (including secondary meaning and consumer confusion issues), media planning and buying, the efficacy of advertising media programs, advertising agency business practices and the value of media and publicity. His writing and presentation skills make him particularly effective in cases requiring written expert reports and testimony at deposition or at trial.

Bruce has provided expert consultation services for law firms in California, New York, Washington DC, Pittsburgh, Boston, Detroit, Houston, Las Vegas and Oklahoma City and is available for travel.
